This is a great men's contemporary Scotch & Soda Amsterdam blazer on a size large which equates to a size 40L.
This is a nice 50% polyester, 49% wool, and 1% elastane done in navy blue with a self stripe detail in the finish. The best representation of this wonderful blazer and material is seen in the close up pictures.
It is a single breasted 2 button coat and it has a double vented rear. It is unconstructed and is partially lined in a nice looking custom light blue chambray looking lining material. It has 4 surgeon cuff working buttons on the sleeves. The buttons are done with S&S imprinted on the exterior buttons as shown in the photos. This blazer also features hand picked stitching adorns the edges of the exterior for a high-end, custom look. The contrasting “x” stitching at the lapel boutonniere is also a great custom looking touch.
The measurements are as follows:
CHEST = 43 1/2 inches around the outside of the coat measured just under the armpits. We take measurements around the outside circumference of the jacket as if it was being worn by a person. We do not measure laying flat.
SLEEVES = 35 1/2 inches from the center of the back neckline to the end of the cuffs, 25 3/4 inches from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuffs.
TAIL = 28 1/2 inches from the bottom of the collar to the end of the waistline hem in the rear
SHOULDERS = 18 1/2 inches wide from shoulder seam to shoulder seam
WAISTLINE = 41 inches around the midsection of the coat at the bottom button which is about 8 1/2 inches up from the hemline. We take measurements around the outside circumference of the jacket as if it was being worn by a person. We do not measure laying flat.
